We strive for the good, for the light, for the gentle. I want to give love and goodness. I want to give, not take. Can I carry my light through life? I don't want to lose it, I want to carry it with me.
A century ago, Carnegie deduced the basic human need - to be needed. To achieve that, we spend our lives. We choose professions, acquire complements, communicate with people, love and help, speculate and resent. What are the results of our activities and where do we come in? What are our qualities turned on when we strive for the absolute?
This work explores social collectivity, in terms of achievement, progress, and forward movement.
